rwx billing usage

Show billing usage for the authenticated organization over one billing month.

Usage

rwx billing usage [flags]

Description

The output contains a total for the month, a summary section with the overall cost per line item, and a day-by-day breakdown. Available credits are also shown.

When querying the current month, the output includes estimates for the current day's usage, but a day's usage is typically finalized a few hours after the end of the day in UTC.

Amounts and quantities are returned as strings to preserve full decimal precision.

Examples

Show usage for the current billing month:

Show usage for a past month as JSON:

rwx billing usage --month 2026-09 --json

Options

--month <month>

The billing month in YYYY-MM format. Defaults to the current billing month in UTC. Future months are rejected.

Global options

--format <format>

Output format: text or json. Defaults to text.

--json

Output JSON data to stdout. Equivalent to --format json.

--access-token <token>

The access token for RWX. Defaults to the value of the $RWX_ACCESS_TOKEN environment variable.
